Here are some items to have readily available when our representative reaches out to discuss your inquiry:
Average monthly electric bill: Preferably have a PDF copy of a recent bill ready to share so we can build a system size accurate to your annual electric usage.
Architectural plan-set: If the inquiry is for a new home build or remodel project.
Reason for interest: Be ready to discuss why you are interested in either of our energy products within the Tesla Energy Ecosystem.
During the first consultation call, we will discuss what prompted you to explore solar energy, what you hope to achieve with this new system, and in some cases, we can even provide an initial preliminary estimate for the selected product. If this preliminary estimate appeals to you, we will require some additional details like a recent electric bill or a summary of your annual usage at the property to build an accurate system size with estimated annual production and savings.
